Allegra Han is a principal with Capitol Counsel, LLC. She brings to the firm experience in policy issues pertinent to U.S. foreign relations. Han is also skilled at advising clients on campaign finance and lobbying reporting requirements, including the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), and helping them formulate effective PAC strategies. She has coordinated and participated in numerous client legislative efforts, with an emphasis on professional sports interests and those of foreign governments, and coalition initiatives on issues ranging from internet gambling, homeland security, telecommunications, patent reform, and renewable energy.

  • Covington & Burling LLP, Washington, D.C. – Managed Covington & Burling’s political action committee; served on their government affairs and election law teams; advised clients on lobbying reporting requirements; and assisted clients in preparing and executing legislative strategies.
  • The Legislative Strategies Group, a government relations firm, Washington, D.C. – Legislative Assistant. Assisted clients on legislative and regulatory issues affecting public lands access and professional sports interests.
  • After college, Han spent two years in Denmark where she helped organize European Commission-sponsored programs regarding Danish political institutions and the European Union. She worked closely with international delegations of civil servants and educators at program venues throughout Europe.
