Brendan Sullivan is a Principal with Capitol Counsel, LLC. In this role, he assists the financial services practice in tracking and researching key legislative and regulatory policy issues. Sullivan oversees team coverage of relevant congressional and agency events, monitors and analyzes legislation and agency rulemaking, and prepares policy briefs and background materials on issues impacting financial services clients. Additionally, he coordinates and assists clients with congressional engagement and outreach. Sullivan also provides support to health care, tax, and energy clients.

Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
