WASHINGTON, D.C.– Capitol Counsel LLC, a premier bipartisan and bicameral lobbying firm in Washington, D.C., today announced the launch of its Infrastructure Implementation Practice Group. The new service will provide clients with dedicated expertise on the implementation of the recently enacted bipartisan Infrastructure Innovation and Jobs Act as well as advocacy for federal infrastructure dollars through Cabinet Agencies.
The Infrastructure Implementation Practice Group will be led by Capitol Counsel Partners Rob Diamond, Jonathan Kott, Jeff Carroll, Josh Kardon, Brad Mollet and Ethan Pittleman along with Principals Joe Eannello, Margaret Cekuta and Genny Beltrone.
“Implementation of the $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) is the number one priority of the Biden Administration in 2022,” said Capitol Counsel Partner Rob Diamond, who leads the firm’s Executive Branch practice. “This unprecedented amount of funding – much of it allocated through competitive grants – requires a dedicated focus and in-depth agency program and congressional procedure knowledge that we are excited to offer clients through this new service.”
“This is an area where our firm has historic expertise,” said Shannon Finley, one of Capitol Counsel’s founding partners. “Infrastructure is the name of the game in 2022, and we are uniquely positioned to advise clients on how best to access what is a historical level of federal funding coming out of Washington, D.C.”
