Battle moves to Capitol Counsel

Capitol Counsel has hired Dena Battle as a principal in its Washington office.

“As one of Washington’s premier boutique lobbying firms, Capitol Counsel has earned an excellent reputation for its established expertise in taxes, health care, and trade,” Battle said.

Battle had worked for the National Association of Manufacturers and, earlier, the National Federation of Independent Business.

She also was legislative director for Rep. Dave Camp (R-Mich.), for whom she managed matters related to tax, trade, and health care for the House Ways and Means Committee.
